"I'm leaving! Why do you care?" I yelled at him. "Where do ya think yer goin'?" My father slurred. I was about to jump out to him until someone caught my hair. I grabbed my iPod, and some of my books and dropped them out the window for Grunt to catch. I pulled out one of my old suitcases and filled it with a bunch of my clothes. Breaking into places pays off, now I can easily open windows from the other side. He lifted me up to my window, my house wasn't even that big. I sighed and said, "Give me a boost." He bent down and I stepped on his shoulders. I reached my house and it was dark except for one light, and that was in the kitchen, which meant that my parents were getting drunk.
We hid in the shadows and he was surprisingly quiet. We walked out and started to sneak around.
"Oh.well, it's time to go get my stuff!" I yelled and ran upstairs and waited by the front door for Grunt. I mean they're nice and all but it's still pretty creepy. "Probably Brute." Oh man, it just had to be me who ran in here. "Oh my God? What was that?" I backed away behind Grunt. I heard a loud groaning sound and instantly stopped. "By the way, that tickles." I smiled and went along down the stitches again. "We don't know yet." He said while laughing a bit. "Okay, so, how are we gonna get it out?" I asked while tracing the stitches on him with my hand. "Seriously though, we have to be super quiet." I said while putting a finger to my lips.įor about two hours in the wine cellar, we were basically getting to know each other and what the shard that's fused to me is. But, can I come? I've never been outside." I raised my eyebrows. And sometimes if I'm not careful, they'll beat me. "And.like, all of my other stuff." The thing about that was, I'd have to sneak in.
I was too scared to ask Brute." I said a little nervous. "So, I found out I'm staying, and I need to get clothes.
I hesitated before going down, but eventually did. It smelled nothing like wine, it smelled like blood. I found what looked like the cellar door and opened it. I probably walked around the whole place looking for Grunt.
